Strength & Conditioning
The Next Level Weight Program is a culmination of research done on lifting and lifting cycles for high school wrestlers. It is a proven system to increase strength, speed, and agility. Among the college programs the staff has visited are: Virginia Tech, Penn State, West Virginia University, University of VA, Bridgewater, Clemson, and University of Tennesse
